3D Laser Scanning - Technology
As tools we are using the scanners HDS6000, HDS6100 and Imager5010. These are extremely accurate phase scanners with a high resolution.
For processing the scan date we are working with software products from Zoller+Fröhlich, AVEVA and Leica. As CAD basis we are using the programs MicroStation and AutoCAD.
BKR is focussing on certain markets. Our activities are mainly concentrated on projects in architecture and building services, production and industrial plants and facilities of the water industry. By capturing of precise as-built-data, we help the operators, designers and owners to reduce the cost and to increase the efficiency. With the assistance of these scan data we highly improve the communication between the parties involved in the project, during the planning phase as well as under operating conditions.
The overall process can be divided into the following process steps:
Capturing of scan data – from the basic surveying to the scanning with the latest devices of the leading manufacturers
Providing of the scan data – for all involved parties in the required form and in all common formats
Processing of the scan data – by technically and economically worthwhile processing from the point cloud data to a 3-D model.
