Machine control systems
On large construction sites for traffic route engineering and repository construction almost exclusively GPS 3D control systems for the construction machinery (crawlers, graders, pavers) are used. For being able to exactly work according to the required parameters, this system needs accurate data for the construction of roadway and field levelling.BKR has more than 10 years experience in creating 3D data models for these control systems. We are able to convert 3D data model to the according exchange format for the control PC of the machine – independent from the used control system (e.gl. Sitevision, Wirth-Steuerung). Of course this data is verified in advance by simulating the machine operation.
By using 3D machine control systems on basis of precise control data the construction company do an exact and competitive execution and hereby increase its productivity.
